YOUR ROLE
Do you have the leadership, social skills to work and communicate with a team experience? Do you have experience in process optimization? Well, you may be the Process Optimization Supervisor we are looking for.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Organization of team work;
- Coordinating the work of the team;
- Providing strategic direction to operational teams, focusing on process improvements and operational excellence;
- Training employees in LEAN and Kaizen methodology;
- Maintenance of the IMS documentation;
- Development of detailed technical instructions and procedures.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in a similar position would be an asset;
- Practical knowledge of LEAN Management;
- Analytical skills;
- Very good command of spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of warehouse and / or production processes;
- Computer literacy (knowledge of WMS would be desirable);
- High standards of accuracy and strong communication skills.
