Capacity Fulfillment Project Engineer

This job involves:
- Providing engineering support for Capital Projects within the Gas Value Stream, ensuring technical requirements, project schedules, and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Coordinating technical interfaces between Fulfillment, Installation, Global Supply Chain, and Engineering functions to support efficient project execution and issue resolution.Working as a project manager to ensure alignment across the Fulfillment and Installation workstreams, as well as Global Supply Chain and Engineering
Activities include:
- Preparation of Business Case Approvals, Technical Specifications, RFQs, POs, capital equipment delivery, and asset capitalization activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to support the timely execution of activities within the CAPEX purchasing process.
- Participate in Kaizen events and roadmap activities supporting capacity ramp-up initiatives.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills while supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update project schedules in Smartsheet to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
- Developing Smartsheet tools, dashboards, and workflows to support project execution and reporting.
- Apply engineering and manufacturing knowledge to support process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and value-added solutions.
- Identify and support the implementation of qualification cost reduction opportunities.
- Provide regional, and when required, global shop-floor support related to project execution and equipment implementation.
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement through daily project activities.
- Implementing project-related changes and monitoring their impact on business objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Good understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and capital project processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and cooperate with global teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Experience with project scheduling, reporting tools, and capital project execution is an advantage.
