WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Organising, support and controlling the inbound, outbound or QM (incl. FTE planning to ensure the achieving of capacity plan and targets)
- Monitoring and control of the order flow (wave planning)
- Compliance with SLAs and cut-off times
- Ensuring communication between specialist departments and customers during troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting and analysis of faults in different areas of WH
- Regular preparation of evaluations and reports
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of WCS/SCADA
- Other tasks assigned by the superior related to ensuring of smooth flow and correct processes in WH
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience and leadership skills in the area of warehouse logistics
- Good knowledge of Polish and English languages
- Good knowledge of MS Office apps, in specific MS Excel
- Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
- Skills in strategic business planning and goal setting
- Solution oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions
- Knowledge of indicators and basics of performance evaluation
- Communication skills and customer focused orientation
