Your responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and assist carriers and shippers as needed
  • Make outbound calls to track and update status of existing shipments
  • Create incidents as needed and notify appropriate parties, escalating where necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with external carrier & customer contacts and internal sales and ops reps
  • Understand account operations and execute on exceptional customer service
  • Register incidents in Internal system
Our requirements
  • Must be fluent in English (Polish not required)
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Extreme multi-tasking and prioritizing ability
  • Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
  • No transportation experience necessary

Your primary role will be to focus on ensuring our partners are 100% serviced, by answering the inbounds calls that our Support Line is receiving or directly contacting our business partners. Whether it is providing a simple piece of information or facilitating a complex solution you will a pivotal role in the day to day success of our business. You will start with an extensive training program that will teach you what you need to know about the transportation industry and Coyote’s systems.
