Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic person to join our customer care services team. The Supervisor will play a pivotal role in coordinating work of a team of Customer care specialists to deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently process transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 


  • Supervising performance metrics measurement, escalation, change management and communication
  • Coaching and monitoring the team and providing continuous feedback
  • Goal setting and performance appraisal for the Team
  • Provide assistance with account inquiries, transactions, product information, and related inquiries (including phone, chat and mail)
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer requests, including transfers, payments, and account updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience in BPO/corporate environment
  • Min 1 year of experience in leading teams
  • Very good German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex customer interactions and problem-solving
  • Ability to adapt to different communication channel, including phone and email
