Customer Service Specialist with French or Italian

Our client is an international production company which, expanding its presence in Europe, decided to launch a new office in Wroclaw. We are looking for candidates ready to take up the position:

Customer Service Specialist with French or Italian
Your responsibilities
  • General administrative duties working to departmental and business needs;
  • Support basic administration of the website and internal systems;
  • Ensuring high quality of data and content added to them;
  • Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs;
  • Answering incoming telephone, online chats and customers emails;
  • Give feedback to customers regarding the status of their orders.
Our requirements
  • Very good knowledge of English and French or Italian;
  • Readiness to work in a 2-shift system: 08:00-16:00 and 11:00-19:00 (first shift partially and second shift fully remotely);
  • Customer service oriented attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in working in a similar position will be an asset, although it is not necessary;
  • Willingness to undergo 2 weeks of training at the companys headquarters.
