Scope of responsibilities
  • co-creation and implementation of the development strategy;
  • management and development of a team of employees employed in subordinate departments;
  • care for the development of cooperation with the branch in NL;
  • supervision over the correct execution of orders and reporting of results;
  • making investment decisions, creating and implementing budgetary targets;
  • representing the company in contacts with external institutions and organizations;
  • cooperation with supervisory and control institutions;
  • active participation in employee recruitment;
  • conducting business negotiations.
Our requirements
  • minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team in the transport industry;
  • higher or secondary education in the field;
  • ability to effectively manage a team and human resources;
  • experience in budget planning;
  • ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment;
  • strategic thinking;
  • being goal-oriented;
  • high level of competence in the area of work organization and decision-making;
  • communicativeness, ability to work under time pressure;
  • communicative knowledge of English;
  • driving license cat. B;
  • willingness to travel on business;
  • knowledge of drivers’ working time and regulations in the transport of goods;
  • a certificate of professional competence in road transport of goods will be appreciated;
  • good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
