Employer Brand Manager
  • Assist with developing and implementing PR campaigns (internal and external) to increase HR brand awareness
  • Collaborating with PR agencies and media
  • Produce and distribute press releases for appropriate and newsworthy events
  • Research vendors / sponsorship opportunities and make selections based on requirements, quality, and cost
  • Assist with corporate events organization
  • Develop content for event materials and work with the copywriters, designers, etc.
  • Organization and participation in conferences, meetups, etc.
  • Support with development of relationships with tech universities
  • At least 1 year of experience in a PR or Events role
  • Demonstrable experience in PR and events
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills
  • Incredible attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Advanced level of Polish language
  • English at least B2 level
