Facility Manager / Coordinator

Many of those orders reach their destination thanks to Scoober - our logistics operations, covering everyone from our orange driver fleet to city operations managers, that is in an ever-expanding model! To facilitate that amazing growth we are looking to on-board a skilled Facility Manager.

What will you do?
  • Contract management administration for the main office in Wroclaw and hubs/offices around Poland (property, utilities, cleaning, security, insurance etc.);
  • Manage, monitor and maintain service contracts with local suppliers, including searching for and analyzing offers of new suppliers;
  • Ownership of local management in the scope of administration of vehicles, equipment, insurances, OHS and property;
  • Support local management in hubs/offices organization and administration, including set-up of new cities from a facilities perspective;
  • Coordinate Corona safety measures, OHS & fire safety measures and procedures on the local level in the main office and hubs/offices around Poland;
  • Be the contact person for global projects in the scope of facility management and implement corporate procedures in the scope of facility management in Poland (a functional reporting line to the Global Facility Manager based in Amsterdam);
  • Be in charge of other administrative tasks to support local operations.

To be successful as our Facility Manager, you should be able to deal with ad-hoc situations, multitasking skills and ability to work in a very dynamic environment under time pressure are essential for this position. You are proactive, flexible, positive and last but not least you have a high sense of responsibility.


We are asking for the following requirements:
  • Proven work experience in a Facility Coordinator or Office Manager role in the last 1-2 years;
  • Experience with managing administration, equipment and related to those processes in a dispersed structure;
  • Experience in coordinating OHS & fire safety measures and procedures will be additional benefit
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Outstanding autonomy at work, although with ongoing communication and alignment with the management.
