- Experience in monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and people management skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
- Knowledge connected to laptops and PC servers
YOUR TASKS
- Assume responsibility of escalated issues and manage to reach a successful conclusion
- Act as the communication link between team members and Management, breaking down the company’s mission
- Engage teams informing them of lead measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the importance of achievement
- Proactively manage areas of responsibility, delivery of services to internal and external customers with all agreements andstandards of service
- Organise and delegate the employees’ workload as well as monitoring, supervising and guiding
- Continuous contribution to fulfilling the department goals and improvement of processes and procedures
