Global Operations Support Coordinator

YOUR SKILLS
  • Fluent English and Polish skills (in speaking & writing)
  • Experience in monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and people management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge connected to laptops and PC servers

YOUR TASKS
  • Assume responsibility of escalated issues and manage to reach a successful conclusion
  • Act as the communication link between team members and Management, breaking down the company’s mission
  • Engage teams informing them of lead measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the importance of achievement
  • Proactively manage areas of responsibility, delivery of services to internal and external customers with all agreements andstandards of service
  • Organise and delegate the employees’ workload as well as monitoring, supervising and guiding
  • Continuous contribution to fulfilling the department goals and improvement of processes and procedures
