Inviting applications for the role of the HR Intern


  • Supporting HR team in current projects
  • Coordinating the onboarding agenda in order to ensure a great onboarding experience to the employees
  • First point of contact for New Joiners
  • Answering to employees’ questions about available benefit system
  • Cooperating with other teams in order to answer New Joiners needs
  • Organizing the onboarding meetings
  • Creating and implementing an integration agenda for employees
  • Initiating the first engagement activities for New Joiners
  • Creating and extending the internal network
  • Organizing the integration initiatives for employees
  • Building identification with company
  • Engagement in Employer Branding agenda
  • Undertake the EB initiatives at the University
  • Support the cooperation with Universities


Minimum qualifications

  • English level min. B2
  • Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Open mind, can-do attitude
  • Creativity in finding solutions
