Senior / Advanced HR Business Partner
Location: Magnice / near Wroclaw
Job Description:
  • According to the companys development strategy, understand the strategy of the business department, deeply understand the business and personnel development status of the docking unit, deeply understand the pain points of the business department, evaluate and clarify the needs of HR for organizational development, and provide professional and comprehensive services for the business department Build programs and promote implementation
  • Responsible for the development of resources for temporary worker recruitment and implement an effective temporary worker recruitment strategy
  • Work closely with the business department to understand the needs of temporary workers in the business department, and maintain close communication with the labor service company to ensure that temporary workers of appropriate quality and quantity can be delivered to the operation department
  • Manage the KPI indicators of labor agencies
  • Assist in the implementation of the recruitment plan for relevant position
  • Assist in promoting the implementation of talent inventory, performance management, promotion and salary incentives, identify key issues and provide effective solutions
  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant experience in human resources work in Internet or e-commerce companies, BP background or experience in large HR projects is preferred
  • Excellent customer orientation and customer service awareness, able to promote HR work from the outside to the inside
  • Be willing to communicate and be good at communication
