Workforce&Planning Manager

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Production of analyses and reports for business needs and presentation of results, team management.
  • Provide conclusions, recommendations and directions to support business decisions.
  • Improving and automating data collection and processing processes.
  • Communication regarding the use of reports and building user knowledge in this area.
  • Monitoring the correct flow of data between systems, overseeing transport operations, overseeing forecasting and reporting.
  • Close co-operation with customers.
  • Performing other activities ordered by the supervisor that are in relation to the work and within the Employees qualifications and entitlements.
  • Responsibility for the area of temporary work.
  • Managing a team of employees.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Experience of working with data analysis: Knowledge of tools to visualize data, ability to automate reporting.
  • Experience in a position related to managing a team of employees and external customer service,
  • Knowledge and skills in supporting warehouse and logistics processes,
  • English knowledge (min B2),
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel),
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Knowledge of: Qlicksense, Qlickview, Microsoft power BI, Power Query, SQL, Grafana is desirable,
  • Ability to manage a team of employees and to motivate others.
